Learning Strategy & Design

You understand and agree to the following:

You understand this Order authorizes Learning Strategy and Design to charge the Client's credit or debit card or other form of Electronic Payment and to otherwise process payment in accordance with this Order.

You understands and acknowledges that your results from the Services will depend on your participation, efforts, and other circumstances outside of Learning Strategy and Design's control, and that you are ultimately responsible for your outcomes and success, and if you have any questions about this, the questions must be asked and answered before agreeing to these terms;

You understand and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide the necessary equipment to complete the program, including access to a computer system capable of running the following software often simultaneously: Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Acrobat, Google suite of applications (docs, slides, sites, sheets, etc.), Zoom.

You understand that Learning Strategy and Design does NOT provide access to Articulate Storyline or Rise, or any other software programs.. It is your responsibility to obtain access after your 30-day free trial. 

You understand and acknowledge that Learning Strategy and Design owns the trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Program Materials; that Learning Strategy and Design is granting the Client a limited personal use License to view and use the Program Materials, which Learning Strategy and Design may revoke; and that Learning Strategy and Design may require the Client to pay a Licensing Fee if you use the Program Materials inconsistently with the License's scope or after the License is revoked.

You have carefully reviewed and understand these terms and agree to them.
